"On March 9th, while on vacation in Orange Beach, my 2012 Street Glide developed a charging system problem. Long story short, it was about 2:00 PM on a Saturday afternoon before I could get my bike to service at Mobile Bay HD. Lou Alvaraez got my bike in the back almost immediately and determined that I had a bad voltage regulator. The part was in stock and they were able to get me back on the road in about two hours total. If they had not been so receptive, I would have had to stay out of town until Monday, which would required making arrangements for the care of my dog back home, a rental car or motorcycle and a day's lost work for both my wife and myself. Many thanks to everyone at your dealership for their kindness and professionalism during my visit. It is most appreciated"

"Had 10K service done on my 2006 DWGI & what a pleasant experience !! Everyone from service was knowledgable & courteous. Service even found a problem w/ my Harley that would have been a major issue down the road if it hadn't been found during inspection of the 10K service ! I waited there till my DWGI was finished & while waiting I met a lot of the other department staff. Everyone treated me like they've known me for ever. Some of the most friendliest folks I've ever met before in my life !! Everyone kept checkin' on me & I felt very at home !! Thanks for everything !! "

"First time in store and it was a great experience.. Was about to leave because we had to ask for a sale person. But when we got their attention everything was GREAT. I traded my 2012 Heritage Softail for a 2013 FLHTCU. I have NO intention of getting a new bike when I entered the store! I have purchased two other Harley from another local dealer but this sale was a vast improvements from the other. The sale people was great, the finance person was great, other sale people were great. This was truly a GREAT experience! I highly recommend them especially the service department who went to great care in removing some of the item on my trade in bike. The service manager even help in getting me in and out!! Great job, guys!"

"My wife and I just finished a 17 day trip over to Savannah and then down the east cost to Key West, back up the west coast of Florida and then along the panhandle over to New O'rleans and back to Missouri. We set Harley shops along the way and try to stop at as many as possible. We stopped at your shop on June 14th and your shop and sales ladies were some of the best along the trip. Maybe a litte to nice, as we purchase several shirts, pins, patches, etc. About every 3 days we get loaded down and need to ship home and we were needing to ship home when we arrived at your shop. My wife even bought a new rain suit and shipped it home with some of the other things we purchased along with a few things we had purchased from other shops. Ms. Nina Johnson was the lady that we mainly spoke with and checked us out and took care of shipping for us. We can't say enought about how much we appreciated her help and good nature. Thanks for a great experience along our trip!!"

"My Husband and I was traveling this weekend and we try to make it a point to stop at any Harley dealerships close by. We had never been to this dealership. We pulled in and shopped around and decided to get the oil changed while we was there. Lou in the service department was wonderful. He is excellent in cutsomer service. "While riding from N.W. Arkansas to our vacation Condo in Orange Beach, Myself & my wife & friends stoped in at your shop. We were glad to get off the hot asphalt for awhile. We had so my items to buy for friends & family. it was just to much to carry on the bike. I asked the ladys in motorclothes, where the nearest Post Office was ? I was overjoyed when one of the ladies said, I can ship that for you, for no more than the US Postal Service, they packaged & shipped it home for me. Just a few days later my wife called home and was told, there's a box form Mobile Bay Harley here. Once again I would like to say THANKS SO MUCH. Smile & Say Harley- Davidson!!!!"

"I was passing through on my way to Panama City for Thunder on the Beach when I broke down. Your service dept had me back on my way within 2 hours. The service manager told me he would personally take care of it. The service dept fixed what was broken and even went as far to inspect my Street Glide and fix the things they found wrong. "In May of 2010 I purchased a 2010 Ultra Classic Electric Glide.I saw the bike on the showroom floor while visiting the shop when my wife and I were in Mobile visiting my daughter at school. I bought it from them, because the dealer in Colorado had jacked up the price on the only CVO Ultra left in Colorado, and Mobile Bay Harley was treating me fair on the price. It was to be shipped to me in Colorado, and we were trying get to get it by a certain date. Something happened with the shipping company, and to stay true to their commitment, one of the owners of Mobile Bay Harley loaded up my new bike on his trailer and DROVE it all the way to Colorado and delivered it! Wow! After he had headed home, I took my new baby for a quick ride. Something had happened during transport, and the front fairing slipped forward and crashed into the fender creating a huge dent in a brand new (13 miles) bike. Turns out the tab holding the lower fairing broke somehow, which caused the whole thing to fall forward. I contacted Don my sales person, who asked me to see if I could temporarily hold it in place somehow and get it to the nearest dealer to my house. I did and all I can say is that Mobile Bay Harley (David, Don, and Lou) were all over this problem. Being a CVO the fender was not easy to get, but they stayed on the problem, worked with the dealer in Colorado and Harley and got a new fender, and new upper fork cans shipped and installed in no time. Being an out of state customer, they could have drug this out, but NO they were all over this issue. My new bike is great (4th harley for me) and if there is any way I can by my fifth Harley from these guys, I would do it in a heart beat. I would tell anyone, that if you are looking for a new bike, and want to experience top of the line service, evcen if you are 1300 mile away, try Mobile Bay Harley First!"

" I purchased a 2010 Dyna Super Glide on 12 May, 2010 and picked it up on 14 May, 2010. When I left your dealership I got about (5) miles from the dealership when my clutch went out. I had to basically limp back to the dealership and when I got there you where already closed. There were two of your employee's still left in the showroom and they open the door and I explained what happen and they did not hesitate to contact a Technician to come back to the shop and assist me with my problem. The Tech (Lou) along with the General Manager Rick Harkey pushed the bike into the shop and Lou worked on it while Rick kept me company. After Lou completed the work on my clutch he and Rick stood by while I tested the clutch. On the next day Rick Harkey contacted me to insure that I made home ok and that if I had anymore propblems. I came back to the shop about (4) four days later to have my seat put on and Lou came up to me along with Rick to insure that everything was running ok, in which it was.
Don Heithoff my Salesman was very professional during my purchase of the bike he made sure that I stayed well within my budget and made sure that I got on a bike that I have come to enjoy very much! Ken of the Parts Dept along with Dorian in Service were very professional and made sure that I knew all that I needed to know before I left the Dealership.
I look forward in doing business with you and the near future and that Mobile Bay Harley will be the only Dealership that I let service my Bike!!!"

"I Rented a Harley Heritage Softail for 10 days as I was over on vacation.
I sent an email to Maile as I was staying about 180 miles away but was no problem.
Over the day sent 3 email to confirm details and was quickly replied to and everything explained so all I had to do on the day was turn up.
Was served by Keith and after several attempts on the computer and a few kicks too, the Bike was mine (well for 10 days). Keith then showed me around the bike and explained everything I need to know.
Then helmet and shades on then I was off!
10 days of better than sex riding on a great bike.
When I returned the bike, was once again met by Keith who still was kicking and hitting his computer, but this time it all went straight through and then very kindly got someone to drop me at the coach station for the trek back to Troy, not such fun going back!
Thanks again for all your help and hope to move over here from the UK so will be in to buy next time!
